Analytics & Reporting:
help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports
Ensure timely MIS & Reports, and collateral management for the product
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends
Invoicing & Partner Management:
Reconciliation of benefits issued with partner payouts
Maintain MIS for monthly payouts
Customer Support: Work closely with customer service teams to define customer escalation processes for timely resolution of customer queries & complaints
Business Support: Support product in executing any tactical promotions and offers on the portfolio.
Essential Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems or a related field.
Advanced skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, among other software programs.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a business analyst in banking/Fintech environment.
