Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in product management and should have a strong understanding of the job market context in India. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the company
- Conduct market research, identify customer needs and trends to inform product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business and customer impact
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of the job market context in India and customer needs and trends
- Experience working in agile development environment
- Proven track record of successful product launches and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data analysis and using metrics to inform product decisions
