About the Role
As a Product Manager for Bearings, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the designated region to promote and sell our bearing products. You will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, understanding their requirements, and providing them with the best solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will be involved in pricing negotiations, sales closing, after-sales support, and analyzing sales performance.
Responsibility
- Identify and approach new clients who can benefit from bearing products
- Travel to visit potential clients and present product specifications
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Manage and interpret customer requirements
- Convince clients that our products are the best fit for their needs
- Prepare and send client quotations using Luna software
- Negotiate pricing terms with clients
- Close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
- Provide after-sales support services to clients
- Administer client accounts and maintain contact data
- Analyze costs and sales performance
- Meet regular sales targets
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate product capabilities
- Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Collaborate with sales team and technical experts
- Resolve client issues and provide training and support materials
Qualifications
- Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical
- Experience in sales of mechanical products
