Product Manager

Alpyne Labs, is FinTech startup in the Web3/Crypto sector, partnered with leading crypto exchanges both in India and internationally.

Looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our team. (Preferably with experience working in a startup)

Salary range: 12LPA + 30-50% of the compensation as equity depending on the candidates experience.

This is a remote opportunity

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End ownership on product management.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps to improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Drive new feature development from start to finish write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design & QA team to launch features, analyze results, and iterate on feature/product via learning.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum work experience of 2 years.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Experience in creating PRD and Product Frameworks
• Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
