Product Manager

Responsibilities

• understand and document stakeholder usecases and translate them into platform requirements keeping in mind the performance and scalability aspects.
• define efficient processes to manage stakeholders by understanding the touch points and expectations
• help design a self-serve UI for a technical platform by effectively translating user requirements to platform functionality
• collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas
• Demonstrate a bias towards action and ability to make decisions with imperfect information in service of launching products iteratively
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors to create end to end platform perspective and identify areas of optimization and improvements
• Monitor all products post-launch, recommending further optimization or course correction
