Purpose:Reporting into Global Digital Delivery Hub Leadership as a key member of the Global Digital Team the purpose of the role is to create value for AtkinsRealis through driving aneffective, repeatable approach to delivery of digital solutions for regional businesses and our clients. The nature of the work is diverse from early proof of value, strategy development and ROI to building or configuring new digital solutions for enterprise scaling across our organisation. The role will focus on providing a service that delivers value and velocity through agile & design-led thinking approaches in product selection, configuration and, where necessary, development of solutions working with supply chain partners.
General Description: Purpose of Role and Key Functions, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
Develop an industry leading product management service defining a clear client journey linked-up with appropriate toolchains and processes, building relevant capabilities and recruiting, retaining and developing talent
Manage a team of talented product owners, managers, portfolio managers, UI-UX leads and Agile / SCRUM masters that the Digital Team and wider business can use as a service
Working with Global Digital Delivery Hub Leadership, establish strategic recruitment plans and effective workforce planning approaches to ensure the capability matches the type of demand
Develop the technical capabilities of the team, being a respected leader in product management and able to identify and empower others within your team to share knowledge and mentor new and junior team members for the betterment of the practice
Ensure the implementation of repeatable and consistent approach to product development and management -including the onboarding, configuration and integration of commercial off the shelf solutions -leveraging agile methodologies and other industry-leading best practices
Ensure development of solutions only occurs in support of a Proof of Value and Accuracy discovery process or where backed by a demonstrable Return on Investment, validated through our Ideas Hub innovation pathway operational governance processes, and with regional and sector based business owners of digital inititiaves.
Ensure that the solutions are developed within our core principles of Buy, Partner, Build i.e. we buy first if we can, partner where we cant buy and only build our own solutions by exception
Ensure efficient utilization and growth of the resource pool within the team, stretching our talent to meet and exceed their growth aspirations
Actively participate and provide both technical and leadership contributions toward the Digital Global Technical Networks (GTNs)
Develop effectivemarketing and messaging to ensure that practice collateral clearly articulates the service offering and ensuring our delivery approach minimizes risk whilst maximizing value
Streamline interfaces with other Practice areas, both within AtkinsRealis Global Technology Centre (GTC) and more broadly across our regional businesses, to enable high value integrated propositions, identifying complementary expertise and aligning ways of working to reduce barriers
Ensure consistently high-quality delivery that delights our clients despite inevitable setbacks, driving the adoption of modern methods in all client engagements, capturing insights to embed continuous improvement and implementing a service-oriented business model

Proven leadership skills and experience in influencing and building relationships with seniorstakeholders
Ideally, prior experience of product management
Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry and evolving technology landscape that is influencing and shaping demand for future services
Proven experience with agile methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a global business environment and operate with influence across functions and teams at all levels
Excellent collaborator and communicator with solution focused mindset
A natural team player able to operate with a virtual team
Passionate individual who leads by example and displays AtkinsRealis values
Excellent communication skills, actively listens to client needs, and translates this feedbackback to product to develop high value solutions
Excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills
A self-starter with the ability to manage new and existing partners, develop and track ongoingpartner activities, and drive positive outcomes for each partnership.
