Job Description

Work with the team to translate product strategy into roadmap.
Align the scope and product priorities in line with organizational vision/
Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve the product vision.
Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
Synthesizing customer research
Gathering product requirements and aligning them with business goals
Working on developing product strategies
Developing new product features
Prioritizing the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
Generate new ideas that brings innovation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Performing quality assurance controls on products
Coordinating with the engineering to deliver functional solutions.
Monitor and report on users reactions after launching.
Creating support and training documents for internal and external users
Participating in system configuration
Analyzing competition
Developing cross-functional relationships

QUALIFICATION

Must have US HealthCare Domain knowledge.
Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
SAFe Agile Certifications
Product Management Certification is a Plus (like SAFe POPM etc.)

EXPERIENCE

15+ years of proven experience in Product Management & delivery of digital products
Previous work experience as Product Manager
Experience working with UX team
Worked on Omnichannel- especially on mobile app, preferred on HealthCare.
Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback
Prior experience in product strategy, planning, delivery & support
Have a good understanding of technology and proven experience of working with Engineering/UX/Analytics teams

Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
Ability to report to the Sr.Product Manager and collaborate with the product development team.
Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.
Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
Familiarity with market research, consumers behavior and marketing techniques
Hands-on experience with web and mobile technologies
Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira, confluence etc.
Strong time management skills
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
