What You'll Do:
As a Product Manager in our burgeoning Lending Product vertical, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy and vision for innovative lending products. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team, leveraging your expertise to create solutions that empower businesses and drive growth. This is an opportunity to be a leader in a dynamic space, leveraging the power of our Core Lending Suite to make a lasting impact.
Your Role:
Product Leadership: Define the strategy, roadmap, and vision for specific lending products, aligning with M2P Fintech's overall goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, implementation, business development, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our lending customers, translating their insights into actionable product requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
What You'll Need:
6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
Experience / Expertise in Lending, understanding the unique needs and challenges of this market.
Master's degree (MBA or similar) a plus. Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or similar preferred)
Possess a strong strategic mindset, able to envision the future and create a roadmap to get there.
Passionate about understanding customer needs and building products that truly solve their problems.
Should be comfortable with data and use it to make informed decisions and measure success.
Effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, fostering alignment and building consensus.
