You are a perfect match for us - If you are a hands on product leader with

- 12+ years of product management experience in building and scaling B2C/D2C products

- passion for unveiling the possibilities at the intersection of Offline + Online

- a vision and strategy to enhance omnichannel customer journeys and to move north star metrics

- a strong analytical acumen and a deep UI/UX understanding

- an ability to influence his/her team and stakeholders

- an ability to adapt quickly & willingness to be part of our ambitious growth journey

What will be your responsibilities

• As a member of the Product Leadership Team, you will contribute significantly to overall product and organizational strategy.
• Define and lead the strategic direction for omnichannel product charter, focusing on innovation and meeting the evolving needs of the beauty market.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer and business impact.
• Develop effective communication channels with the cross functional business teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product strategies and roadmaps.
