Job Description:
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, driving implementation and adoption of
solutions, and providing valuable user insights. Your role will involve leveraging data and feedback to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for projects, processes, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project goals are achieved and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Implementation and Adoption: Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring effective adoption and integration into existing workflows.
- User Insights: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance product usability and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internships or project experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
