Roles & Responsibilities:
- Competition benchmarking
- Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space
- Identifying opportunities within the existing SA base to grow the Savings book
- Ensuring the current offering is line with regulations
- Create digital journey for existing customer facing processes and enhance existing account opening journey to make it best in the industry
- Product training and awareness
- Channel support and query resolution
- Customer communication
- Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations
- Lead the team into delivering goals of the Bank
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any
Experience: 10-18 years of relevant experience
