Job Purpose
The role will lead the product responsibilities for assessment based program for secured loans less than 50 lakhs ticket size - including LAP HL. It s a refreshed program, and the person will hold core responsibility for policy, technical legal and management of the entire product processes - including portfolio management interacting with the journey teams for all tech builds required.
Roles Responsibilities
- Launch and scale the assessment based program
- Policy technical valuation discussions
- Setting up processes, including sales scorecards, incentives etc.
- Journey builds as required.
- Competition benchmarking for best market practices
- Interaction with channel collaborators to build top of mind recall
- Should be able to lead teams, be solution oriented, lead scrum teams across cross-functions, and be able to finally nurture talent within his/her ambit.
Education Qualification
Graduation Graduation Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation MBA
Experience 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
