Overall 7 to 10 years of work experience with 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with web-based products applying user-centric design thinking
Experience and passion in building software. Should have started career as a Developer and has work for 4-6 years as Developer Able to track development matrices to build quality software products
Hands-on in Agile Product development and have practiced Scrum, Kanban or SaFe In a mature environment and in close cooperation with the PO Ideally has worked as a PO or written user stories
Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming
Deep empathy for what drives current company product groups
Skilled at defining, validating and prioritizing product features
Be a people manager to lead people and coach them
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to teach others
Experienced with guiding and synthesizing user research and testing
Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers and business stakeholders and navigate complex decision making
Open-minded and willing to take the lead while constantly reflecting the team's opinions in order to create and sustain a balanced team focus
English at business level fluency
