About the role
The product team owns Rippling's product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed and for our business to thrive. We do this by distilling insights from user research, product-generated data, competitive analysis, and a deep market understanding. These insights allow us to prioritize the features we work on, which we define end to end with our design and engineering counterparts, to create our roadmap. As the features on this roadmap get developed, we partner with various teams to ensure they are ready to sell, service, and support them. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and surpass the goals we had when we decided to build them.
As the Product Lead for Contractor Invoicing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the newly-launched contractor hub and invoicing product and drive the execution of its roadmap alongside your design and engineering counterparts. You'll work to ensure that your roadmap includes the right balance of capabilities required to keep expanding our addressable market within the contractor space, usability upgrades based on early customer feedback, and bolder bets like enabling invoicing for non-Rippling customers or misclassification detection. You'll make sure that the end to end contractor experience between contractor invoicing, hub, and payments is seamless regardless of the type of contractor, country of their client, or payment method they prefer.
In your work as the Product Lead for HR Compliance, you'll drive priorities across the Compliance platform that powers hyper-local guardrails and warnings for clients throughout the product (from the hiring flows to the time off and payroll), as well the Compliance 360 app which provides a central view of potential issues and critical reminders to customers. You'll champion Rippling's role in providing value-added services to companies that allow them to hire and employ individuals in over 100 countries while remaining educated about local nuances throughout.

Make the needed investments in the Compliance platform to ensure that it can support quick evaluation in hundreds to thousands of individuals dynamically in different product experiences throughout Rippling
Increase contractor to EOR cross sell opportunities through increase of the contractor base on Rippling
