Job Scope:
The AI Product Strategy Lead will spearhead the strategic direction and development of AI products within the organization's X-as-a-service model. This role will be pivotal in defining the product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Vision: Define the overarching vision and strategy for AI products delivered via the XaaS model, aligning it with the organization's goals and market trends.
- Platform Enhancement: Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to enhance the AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance to meet evolving customer needs.
- Feature Prioritization: Determine the features and functionalities to be incorporated into the AI platform, prioritizing based on customer feedback, market demand, and competitive analysis.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product roadmap to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Partner Collaboration: Identify and manage partnerships with third-party vendors, technology providers, and service integrators to expand the capabilities and reach of the AI platform.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new features and updates to the AI platform, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of the AI platform, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the AI platform complies with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements, to mitigate risks and maintain trust.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training and support to internal teams, customers, and partners on utilizing the AI platform effectively, fostering adoption and maximizing value.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings through continuous market research, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or related technologies.
Proven track record of successfully defining and executing product strategies and driving the development and adoption of innovative products.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
