Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user
acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile application.
o Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that effectively reach and convert
them.
User Acquisition:
o Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels,
including social media, search engines, email marketing, and partnerships.
o Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, using data-driven insights to make
informed decisions.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
o Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with
our target audiences.
o Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates,
landing pages, and email campaigns.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of
marketing campaigns.
o Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes
and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the product, engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure
marketing initiatives are aligned with product development and business goals.
o Coordinate with external partners and agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
User Feedback and Market Research:
o Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and marketing
strategies.
o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor
activities, and user needs.
Key Skillsets / Requirements:
Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
o Master's degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or growth marketing
is a plus.
Experience:
o Proven experience (5+ years) in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product
marketing, preferably within the mobile application or fintech industry.
o Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that
drive significant user growth.
Skills:
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
o Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics,
Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
o Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling
marketing messages.
o Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth hacking
techniques.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
