nRole Purpose:
nThe Product Engineer executes and closes projects according to scope, deadlines, and budgets. This includes coordination of resources and efforts of project team members, third party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Carries out routine and semi-routine tasks. Typically assigned to small projects or a phase of a larger project. Works under general supervision with few direct instructions. Is developing experience in IT solution creation and delivery with increased business acumen.
nThis role will initially be dedicated to project implementation of Certinia PSA (Professional Services Automation) application with integrations to Rockwell Enterprise systems. This role will then transition to ongoing support to provide the needed application product engineering services for Rockwell Automation Lifecycle Services capability team.

nKey Responsibilities:
- nFacilitate the implementation and support of Certinia PSA application.
- nServe as a technical expert for Certinia Product on Salesforce Platform.
- nUnderstands and leads cross-functional Salesforce platform based development projects including Mulesoft integrations leveraging REST APIs.
- nPerform tasks, such as customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, rules, dashboards, reports
- nConfigure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages within Salesforce.com
- nMaintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)
- nUpgrade systems, patches, and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- nMaintain and enhancing visual layouts, clicklinks, Mulesoft based integrations, workflow rules and business logic to enhance business processes and improve user experience
- nCommunicate with end users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues, work collaboratively with various teams on more complex requests and issues
- nDevelop, launch and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels.
- nCreate documentation, maintain standardization and proactively seek ways to continuously improve processes & procedures
- nParticipate in the weekly, monthly, and yearly Audit controls
- nParticipate in the disaster recovery exercises planned for the applications
- nFollow Change Management Processes established by Rockwell IT
- nAbility to Merge requests from lower environment to SIT/UAT/ Production using Gitlab/ Gearset DevOps and CI/CD process
- nExperience with Salesforce Data loading
- nEnable automated testing procedures
- nRemain current on Certinia/ Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for salesforce-based solutions
- nCollaborate with business systems analysts and product owners to refine requirements and identify technical designs
nSkills, Knowledge, Experience and Education
- nBachelors degree in finance, Accounting, computer science, software engineering, management information systems, or related field
- n2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role within software engineering
- n4+ years of experience with SaaS products such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, Certinia (aka FinancialForce) PSA, Mulesoft.
- nExperience with MS project, Office 365 Apps, Visio
- nProven experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and policies
- nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- nFamiliarity with business concepts and data story telling
- nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
