Job Description

Education

  • Degree/Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Banking Trade Finance Products (OBTF, OBTFPM, OBDX)
  • Experience implementing Trade Finance Systems for medium to large banking institutions

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Banking Trade Finance products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature delivery
  • Explore and implement new technologies for development efficiency

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in Java EE, Enterprise Beans, Servlets, JDBC, and RESTful web services
  • Experience with Oracle 19c database best practices (SQL, PL/SQL)
  • Familiarity with tools like Eclipse, Git, and JIRA
  • Experience with web technologies (JS, CSS)

Functional Skills

  • Understanding of trade finance products and regulatory standards
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and create technical specifications
  • Collaborative experience with business analysts, developers, and testers
  • Familiarity with coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards
  • Ensure quality in technical and application architecture

Soft Skills

  • Ability to influence teams on technical matters and enhance productivity
  • Self-motivated and capable of driving tasks independently while collaborating effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills for presenting ideas to senior management
