Product Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

3+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or content creation, preferably in the technology sector

Solid understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and software product development is preferred

Proven experience in creating technical documentation for complex products, ideally in cloud computing or software development environments

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences (technical and non-technical)

Experience in writing blogs, technical articles, and case studies for a broader audience

Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub Pages, Markdown, or equivalent

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
