Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Manager located in Chennai for our manufacturing division. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for new designs of mechanical structures in Aluminium and G.I for Solar and other industries, They will be overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with product development. This includes conducting market research, managing research and development projects, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure product success.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Research and Development (R&D) experience
• Product Management and Sales skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of solar power systems, renewable energy and related / associated industries such as telecom towers or transmission towers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Project management experience is a plus
