And our team is ready for YOU. To show the world what you can do. Detailed description: Seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the validation, coordination, and execution of requirements for our HR and Legal systems. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between various stakeholders, manage project development activities, and ensure timely and effective communication across teams.
Detailed description:
Key Objectives of this Role: Achieve on time delivery of the projects without any quality issue and within the project budget. Work out technically at par, cost effective proposals for new Pursuits.
Key Performance Indicators: No delays in engineering deliverables, product launches. No defect escape / slip into production implementation. No budget overrun.
Key Year One Deliverables: Prepare technical proposals for new pursuits. Lead product development activities and meet the delivery milestones.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
. Engineering degree - Electronics preferred.
. 12+ years of relevant experience preferably in automotive, embedded products development in regional or global environment.
. Experience collaborating with engineering cross functional teams, customer teams and manufacturing units.
. Hand on knowledge of Hardware, Software, Mechanical development activities.
. Hands on with project planning and tracking, risk and defects management.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Behaviors: Result oriented lead who can effectively communicate, collaborate with the team and meet the project deliverables quality and timing.
Reporting Structure: Reporting the project development, budget and quality status to the Chief Program Engineer.
