The product opportunities are developed based on specific Therapy Areas; Pain & Inflammation, Gastrointestinal Health, Respiratory Health/ Immune Health, Children & Women's Health.
As a growing company, we're seeking an individual with the capability to manage our product development function and handle the dynamics of our expanding organization.
Responsible for research and formulation development of various product across therapy areas
Responsible for Ideation and development of new products across therapy areas
Responsible for coordination across contract manufacturers
Responsible for developing new customers in the market and servicing existing clients
Tracking ongoing projects and smoothly completing the project assigned
Sourcing of the Active ingredient, Excipient's and etc.
Maintaining data: Stability, ongoing trails, analytical data.
Content writing for website: Blogs, posts and Newsletter.
Updating customers with new products
Familiar with the regulation & application of Health Science Authority (HSA) would be an added advantage for food supplements /Nutraceuticals products.
Providing monthly reports to management for progressive analysis.
Conduct evaluation of existing/new products against competition, in line with comprehend market development thinking
Analyse trend and recommend counteractions
Support all activities related to arranging samples and dispatching it to customers.
Work closely with marketing Department to execute an effective full year marketing programs to increase product brand sale.
Identify and engage with manufacturers, formulation experts, and labs aligned with our quality standards.
Conduct thorough audits of existing and new customers.
Facilitate formula vetting, packaging, compliance approvals, and registrations with certifying authorities.
Will be required to travel as in when required.
Good communication skills
Well-versed with MS Office and presentation and reporting skills
Should have good negotiation, communication, computer and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: M.Pharm M.pharm in Pharmaceutics / Biopharmceutics /Pharmacognosy/Phytochemistry/ M.sc / Postgraduate in science or Nutraceuticals
- Minimum Experience: 0-2 years
