Executing & fulfilling Customer requirement at all stages Department wise with the required quality / standard.
New RND / new Product Launch as per Market Standard.
Making first time Sample, facing difficulties at the sample stage modify the sample without disturbing the customer requirement & keeping in mind it should be production friendly to execute easily at Production Stage (for Production workers)
During the making of Sample first time at that stage component are taken care to be minimized & soldered at contact points due to which labour cost & time is saved.
During the making of Model for the Sample all the points are taken care and at the CAD stage the diamond size one up & one down is easily set to the existing model, hence additional Model will not be required, thus saving cost & time.
