We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Product Designer to lead and elevate our design initiatives. You will focus on visual design, user experience, and design thinking while conducting user research to drive innovation and enhance the user journey across our platforms and products. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and functionality of our products, with an emphasis on delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual design efforts for our platforms, ensuring cohesive and appealing user interfaces
- Implement design thinking principles to solve complex user and product challenges
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create intuitive and visually compelling product designs from concept through execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure alignment on design goals and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially within the fintech and cryptocurrency industries, to inspire and influence design direction
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years in product design within a product-based company; experience in fintech or cryptocurrency is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing design achievements and project impact
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Familiarity with design thinking, user-centered design methodologies, and user research techniques
- Ability to communicate complex design ideas clearly and effectively
- IIT background is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to drive product design
- Knowledge of fintech or crypto industry trends and user behaviors
