Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that resonate with Gen Z's aesthetic preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define and implement design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design language that aligns with our brand identity.
- Conduct user research to understand the needs of our target audience and incorporate findings into design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to guide the development of new features.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing to ensure optimal user experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally with experience designing apps for Gen Z users.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually engaging designs, particularly for mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in user research.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
