Truww is seeking a full-time on-site role for a Product & Catalogue [R&D] Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing our product portfolio and developing compelling catalogues that showcase our unique interior designs. You will work closely with the design team, suppliers, and marketing department to ensure that our product offerings are aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
Curate and manage the company's product portfolio, ensuring a diverse range of offerings that cater to various customer segments and design preferences. Source new products and materials, conduct market research, and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.
Lead the development of digital and print catalogues showcasing our interior design products and services. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing layouts, product descriptions, and photography that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, including product development, pricing, inventory management, and discontinuation strategies. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Provide support to the marketing team by supplying product information, images, and other content for marketing collateral, website updates, and social media campaigns.Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, promotional events, and marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and sales.
Work closely with suppliers and quality control teams to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.Conduct regular quality audits and product inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any quality issues promptly.
- Customer Feedback and Insights:
Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, reviews, and market research to understand customer preferences, pain points, and emerging trends.
Use customer insights to inform product development decisions, pricing strategies, and catalogue updates to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, operations, and customer service to ensure alignment on product strategy, catalogue updates, and customer feedback implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; additional qualifications in product management or marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, catalogue development, or related roles within the interior design, home decor, or furniture industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
Creative flair and a keen eye for design aesthetics; experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
