Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain the companys design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
Visual Design: Create visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and comply with brand guidelines.
Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of design outputs.
Document Design Processes: Document design processes, guidelines, and decisions to ensure clear communication and reproducibility.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in web/ mobile product design, UI, UX, IA or related skills would be valuable. Understanding of common UI/UX patterns across web and mobile interfaces.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD and/or Sketch as well as creating clickable prototypes for testing purposes
User-centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design improvements.
