Product Designer

We're seeking a seasoned UI/UX Product Designer (technical) to join our team, responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of our product. Collaborating across teams, you'll leverage your design acumen to craft intuitive interfaces. Your duties encompass gathering user requirements, crafting mockups and prototypes, and resolving UX challenges.

Experience- 1-3 years

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.

- Conceptualize intuitive interfaces using storyboards, flows, and sitemaps.

- Produce UI mockups and prototypes for functionality and visual appeal.

- Generate original graphic designs, presenting drafts to stakeholders.

- Address and refine UX based on user feedback.

- Ensure adherence to style standards for consistency.

- Assume ownership of the product's user experience.

- Advocate for users and contribute to design strategy.

- Partner with product managers to comprehend problems and requirements.

- Utilize user science to unearth solutions for user issues.

- Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.

- Participate in design sessions and mentor fellow designers.

- Define and uphold UX best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrable work experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Portfolio showcasing a profound grasp of client objectives.

- Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.

- Background preferably rooted in human-centric design.

- Excellent collaboration and communication aptitudes.

- Ability to gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback.

- Passion for design and continual enhancement.

- Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree required, with preference for a master's degree.

- Solid comprehension of online marketing avenues (web, social, email, search, mobile).

- Ability to align business objectives with project goals.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics & GTM.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with wireframing in Adobe.

- Highly organized, task-oriented, and business-minded.

- Project management prowess with keen attention to detail.
