*JD - Product Designer
We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and a keen eye for detail, capable of creating user-centric designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and enhance the overall user experience of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization & Design: Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new product features and enhancements.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Design Systems: Maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
User Experience: Focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that solve complex problems and provide a seamless user experience.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members to refine and iterate on designs.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality of our products.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or similar.
User Research: Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
Visual Design: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for user-centered design.
