Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and business goals
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and gather necessary requirement
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
- Design user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides
- Ensure that designs are accessible and meet usability standards
- Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
