- Bachelors degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on designing B2B software products.
- Proven track record of delivering successful design solutions for complex B2B workflows, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices in B2B software design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility and implementation is a plus.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for new features and products, from research and concept development to prototyping and implementation.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and user stories.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and facilitate iteration.
- Produce high-fidelity UI designs that align with our brand identity and design system standards.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and provide support during implementation.
