Responsibilities:

Run tight sprints and control the design planning for your projects.
Drive team motivation to achieve individual and company goals.
Deep empathy for the user and a desire to learn as much as possible about the ecosystem.
Find new ways of improving the user experience by collaborating with others.
Model design values in design teams and encourage others to be opinionated.
Develop the process/approach for tackling a design problem using known methods; anticipate problems.
Facilitate skills to engage cross-functional teams.
Use their understanding of impact and success metrics to focus and reprioritize their own and the team's efforts.

Requirements:

Typically at least 3-5 years of experience designing compelling user experiences.
You should have worked as a junior product designer for a few years before advancing to a senior role.
Ability to think through user problems, find solutions, create high-fidelity mockups and interactions, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work with engineers to build what you design.
Systems thinking is the ability to step back and see a project's larger ecosystem, with a focus on solutions that improve not just one feature but the entire user flow.
Experience working on Enterprise problems and tools (supply-chain management, advertising, partner experience, etc) is a plus.
Proficiency in working with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
A portfolio of real-world and capstone projects that demonstrate your problem-solving and design skills, and anything else beyond design that you might want to showcase to help us know you better.
