Requirements
- Hands on experience in UX and UI design, with a knack for the FinTech space.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Proven track record of crafting engaging mobile app and web app experiences and responsive designs.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design (UCD) principles and best practices.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Design Thinking and the ability to tailor your process to specific projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design seamless and engaging user experiences from concept to execution.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand and values.
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying design gaps and proposing innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System and maintain design consistency.
- Conduct and participate in User Research and Usability Testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Advocate for user needs and ensure they are central to the design process.
- Present and communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to the team and stakeholders.
