Overview
The Product Design Manager plays a crucial role in leading the design team, ensuring the development of innovative and user-friendly products, and maintaining design consistency across the organization. They combine creative vision with strategic thinking to drive the product design process forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the product design team to achieve high-performance goals.
- Must have minimum 4+yrs of team management experience of miniumum 4+Yrs
- Develop and implement design strategies to enhance product functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts with overall product goals

- Oversee the entire product design lifecycle from concept to launch
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into the design process
- Create design prototypes and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency of design across all products and platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product design
- Manage and prioritize design projects, resources, and timelines
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders
- Evaluate and improve the efficiency of the design team's processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or relevant field
- Proven experience in product design and at least 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team
- In-depth knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies
- Experience in user-centered design and creating exceptional user experiences
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and present design concepts persuasively
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Proven track record of delivering successful design projects
