Job Title: Product Delivery Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Head to lead our product delivery team. He or she will be overall responsible for delivering products according to the product roadmap with quality and on time. He or she needs to be strong in solutioning and has the experience to use right technology for the product.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the product delivery team, including managers, product engineers and other technical professionals.
- Define and implement delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Ensure right technology solutions are implemented to ensure product stability, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, design, and sales, to align product objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and resource allocations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall product quality, its performance and end customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project delivery, and recommend innovations to enhance the company's delivery capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Product delivery management or delivery leadership roles, preferably in a product-based company environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business results and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with remote teams and distributed development environments is a plus.
