We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced Product Delivery & Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment and implementation of the eFACiLiTY CAFM/IWMS software. This role is critical in ensuring seamless product delivery and exceeding customer expectations through efficient project management and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software product management, team leadership, and customer success while driving innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Delivery: Lead the implementation of eFACiLiTY software solutions to customers, ensuring timely, high-quality deployments that meet customer requirements.
- Implementation Management: Oversee all stages of the product implementation process, from planning to execution, ensuring that all customer needs are addressed and met effectively.
- Team Management: Prioritizing Project Governance, and Customer Success, then mentor the implementation team, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver projects successfully.
- Customer Success: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure that product installations address pain points and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Project Management: Primary focus on SaaS then on On-premise/Private Hosted Implementations, manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring that all timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery phase, maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment with their expectations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the delivery and implementation processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the product delivery and implementation lifecycle.
- Training & Enablement: Oversee the development of customer training programs and resources to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the eFACiLiTY software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product delivery, project management, or implementation management, preferably in software or facilities management solutions.
- Proven track record of leading successful software implementation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with CAFM/IWMS or facilities management software is a plus.
