Become an expert on airline domain product and use the knowledge to perform functional analysis of the production/UAT issues raised by 150+ airline customers across the world
Refer functional specification document and provide solutions based on your analysis. It might require troubleshooting to get the root cause of the issue
Provide timely, efficient and pleasant follow-up to customer queries on technical & functional issues by following tools and process defined with in Amadeus
Interact effectively with customers and internal teams like R&D teams, product management, implementation teams who are working in SAFE methodology.
Build rapport and elicit problem details.
Maintain issue analysis rate that is agreed with customers and internal Amadeus standards.
Propose & work on building new tools which will help in faster resolution of customer incidents.
End to End understanding of customer landscape and solutions.
Understand customer business strategy. Overseas holistically the incidents for respective customer and drives improvement in collaboration with customer and Internal teams.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for candidates with experience 3 to 6 years of experience as a business analyst or functional analyst or Quality Engineer.
Prior experience in travel/airline industry will be plus or should be a quick learner
Intermediate level of knowledge in one programming languages like C/C++, Java, Python, SQL will be good to have.
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint and Word, Confluence
Experience in utilizing debugging tools to analyze problems and identify solutions.
Strong customer focus and collaborative work style.
Ability to understand and explain technical & functional information.
Skill in creating customer facing documentations.
Should possess strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills and excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments to meet deadlines.
