POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Associate will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to develop product roadmaps in accordance with customer feedback and requirements, coordinate with partners and work closely with management, sales and marketing teams over planning and co-marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-ordination with partners and clients
- Build and maintain relationships with NetSuite partners involved in Suite Extension development or distribution
- Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment of Suite Extensions with NetSuite platform standards and best practices
- Coordinate co-marketing and sales activities with partners
- Create a community of Suite Extension users and advocates
- Effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to internal stakeholders and clients
Co-ordination with Sales and Marketing Teams
- Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers
- Create compelling marketing materials, such as product demos, videos, and documentation
- Work with marketing and sales teams to successfully launch Suite Extensions
Co-ordination with customers
- Track product usage metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to create product roadmap and development priorities
- Engage with customers to understand their pain points and needs
Product Development and Training
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the growth of client accounts
- Help develop and conduct regular training sessions on applications
- Continuously develop Softype's app implementation methodologies and train existing and new employees on it
- Internal cross-training on different applications
Qualifications/ Training
- Strong understanding of NetSuite and bespoke platform development and deployment
- Degree in IT/Engineering/Accounting (good to have)
- Experience
- Experience with SaaS ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.
- Experience working in a multi-national set-up
- Experience creating project reports
- 4+ years experience managing enterprise software implementation
- Application design and development experience
