Product Support and Development

Assist in Product Strategy: Support the development of product strategies and roadmaps for PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms by providing research and data analysis.

Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support product refinement and innovation.

Product Documentation: Help in creating and maintaining product documentation, including specifications, requirements, and user guides.

Reporting and Communication

Report Preparation: Help prepare regular reports on product performance, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.

Communication: Assist in communicating product updates and strategies to internal teams and clients.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

Client Interaction: Support interactions with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, helping to ensure product alignment with client expectations.

Client Support: Provide support to the product team in addressing client queries and issues related to PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Team Collaboration: Work with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support product development and enhancements.

Coordination: Assist in coordinating with the legal and compliance departments to address product-related issues.

Market Research and Analysis

Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors product offerings and market positioning to identify opportunities and threats.

Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking product performance metrics and preparing reports on product performance.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Feedback Collection: Support the collection of feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for product improvement.

Process Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
