Job Description

  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform and report on market research
  • Knowledge of graphic design and production a plus
  • Keen interest in and familiarity with LGBTQ+ issues
  • Experience in product development and creation (production and packaging) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment
  • Technical proficiency with relevant Printers and other equipment.
  • Advanced laptop skills for machine operation, data entry, and communication.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new designs and techniques.
  • Residence near Krishna Nagar, Delhi.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the business owner to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for various products.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the manufactured items.
  • Play an active role in the packaging and labeling of finished products.
  • Learn and follow production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
  • Utilize technical skills, including laptop operation, for machine control, data entry, and communication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with various tasks such as inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Quickly adapt to new product designs and production techniques.
