Key Responsibilities
- A person with 10+ years of experience in the IT field engaged in product development and deliverables.
- proven experience in NBFC domain (Capital Market Preferred) least 3-5 years.
- A person with extensive knowledge of IT technologies, especially C, C++, DotNet, Java, APIs, and Backend databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
- Preferably a person who has worked in products related to capital market
- Should be able to lead the team in production development and thrust to remain at par with competition
- Developing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders & design and engineering teams to create products as per requirements
- Should be able to set benchmarks in product qualities
- Preparing cost analysis during product life cycle development
- Presenting new ideas/opportunities. A person with innovation aspiration in product development and knowledge
- Ensuring every step of the product development process proceeds as planned
- Considering that the person will be leading the product development and deliverables, he/ she should have deep & demonstrable knowledge in below mentioned areas
