Product Analytics Manager is a vital part for this shift working closely with Product Managers, a set of empowered individuals living and breathing the ideation, definition and delivery of digital products for business customers
This role is expected to drive the transformation of raw data into actionable insights that empower digital product and marketing teams to drive product and marketing strategy, enhance user experiences and marketing effectiveness, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals for the Digital & Marketing value stream, one of the five value streams in the planned digital transformation of BT Group
This role demands a deep understanding of digital product analytics, digital marketing analytics, proficiency in data analysis and insights generation, and the ability to drive business impact through innovative data-driven solutions
What you'll be doing
Collaborate with digital product and marketing teams to understand and shape up data requirements.
Partner with Product Manager for digital and marketing in data & AI team to prioritize features and enhancements based on data insights and market trends.
Identify key metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives to measure digital product and marketing performance
Work closely with digital analytics team to implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, customer journeys and marketing campaigns; translating complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations.
Work closely with marketing teams and marketing data stewards to optimize customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across product analytics.
Coordinate with the Reporting & Business Intelligence teams to develop data visualizations including reports, dashboards, and analyses to distribute data insights in an easily digestible manner to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that the product and marketing community is fully equipped with the knowledge to allow utilization of the Data Analytics solutions effectively and efficiently.
Build and manage a team of product analytics professionals over time to drive these workstreams
Stay updated on and utilize industry best practices and emerging trends in digital product analytics and marketing analytics to enhance our analytics capabilities.
Requirements :
B.Tech. from a top-tier institute in India, with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in digital product and marketing analytics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle and digital marketing, with a proven experience in delivering impactful product and marketing analytics solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and drive results.
Experience in building and managing a team of digital product and marketing analytics professionals
Solid understanding of data sources, data pipelines, digital as a sales and service channel, digital marketing & attribution models, digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Management Systems (TMS), Mixpanel etc and data visualization tools like Qlik and Tableau
Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in enhancing customer journeys.
Certification in Product Analytics and familiarity with data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
