Mandatory Skills;
- Experienced senior resource with proven Data Analysis background having worked in telco industry.
- Track record of working with Products in Telco industry and exposure to Product Catalogue characteristics with the ability to interpret their functional and business meaning.
- Track record of working with data technologies mandatory experience with Abinitio, at minimum moderate level.
- Experience of Telco CRM, Billing, Networks systems and their general functioning
- Appreciation of business, organization & customers, with demonstrable ability to translate technical challenges into business narrative or vice versa.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication ability to adapt style to persuade stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities;
- Acquire a detailed understanding of migrations overall process and its design along with legacy and CCS capabilities with a sharp focus on products.
- Self-motivated leader to own and drive quality assured delivery of Product Mapping solutions.
- Ability to provide functional and technical leadership and direction to the migration teams in relation to products.
- Prepare effective impactful collaterals and lead conversations in workshops to achieve outcome with representatives from different business areas.
- Identify key stakeholders essential to the solution and establish working relationships to drive rapid decision-making contributing to the product mapping.
- Raise risks and gaps identified following any analysis and reports.
Role Purpose;
- Product Mapping Analyst forms critical part of Migrations squad in Victoria Mobile Programme and own the responsibilities for analysing large sets of legacy and CCS products for all of their characteristics to derive best suited mappings of legacy products to their CCS counterparts which could be used within migrations.
- The Analyst is responsible for maintaining, executing, and enhancing variety of tools and processes that exist within the product mapping area.
- The Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough assessments of all the factors involved in any decisions required and drive the engagements necessary for forming such decisions which may span across business and technology stakeholders.
- The Analyst is required to operate in a complex cross functional environment managing a moderate range of stakeholders along the journey.
- The Analyst is expected to have profound appreciation of SAFE methodology which is applied in practice while performing any product mapping functions. The Analyst is expected to manage their Scrum activities independently.
