We are looking for an Analytics Enablement Consultant (Web & Mobile) who can work on projects (with some guidance). Participate in implementing Digital and Analytics products/ platforms for the customers and facilitate them to use the products features/ functionalities for their business goals. The successful candidate should fairly communicate and demonstrate empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.
Responsibilities:
Technical & Domain Know-how Demonstrate understanding in analysing digital data from diverse sources (websites and mobile applications) to understand consumer behaviour and provide initial suggestions for user product/marketing strategies.
o Drawing insights from user data captured through online platforms and mobile apps o With minimal guidance, work on:
Digital analytics platforms (Heap & Contentsquare) in solving business goals/objectives
Front-end events tagging and data capture for both web and mobile applications; knowledge of HTML, CSS selectors, and mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Xamarin)
Mobile app analytics tools and frameworks (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Adjust)
Mobile App Development & Analytics
Experience working with mobile app development lifecycles and data integration with analytics platforms.
Understanding of mobile app user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
Optimizing mobile app user experience based on user behaviour data
Experience with mobile app A/B testing methodologies and tools. (Optional, but a plus)
Client Service Delivery - Ability to work on projects and achieve the agreed outcome.
Understanding the users requirements and delivering our solutions to facilitate this.
Follow the standard process and best practices to onboard users in the stipulated time frame.
Work towards building excellent relationships with the user.
Deliver end-user training to clients, including administrative staff and technical personnel.
Problem-Solving - Ability to understand the business problem, identify solutions, and implement the agreed solution
Able to look at the bigger picture and break down the problem statement into an analytical solution. The solution should be actionable and measurable statements.
Performs research & development (R&D) to find alternative solutions when faced with a roadblock.
Focuses on industry best practices for
Acquisition: Multi-touch campaigns, Marketing channels & strategies (i.e., Paid vs. organic users, UTM parameters and their meaning, etc.),
Retention: Collating information from multiple tools(CRMs, CDPs, email automation tools, in-app guidance tools) and apply them to extract valuable insights.
Customer Satisfaction: Understand the user journey gaps and help optimise it.
Communication - Ability to allow others and self to understand information accurately and effectively
Being an active listener while interacting with others in a team or one-on-one construct.
Ability to adapt the communication style to the audience and practice empathy.
Being responsive and acting promptly.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to clearly explain concepts/processes to the users and understand their viewpoints.
Ability to
Experience in working with front-end HTML tags and CSS selectors.
Bonus: Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools and Business Analytics.
Bonus: Experience in working with US/European clients.
