[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]
- Krafton India is seeking a Product Analyst possessing over two years of experience in product and data analytics, who can assist our publishing unit's game analytics activities.
- The role involves aiding strategic business decisions through insights obtained from game data analysis. It also includes assistance in the creation of localized features and analyzing player behavior.
[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]
- Monitor KPIs, deep dive into game performance, and handle independent projects.
- Develop reports for regular health checks of the game, evaluate the effectiveness of newly introduced items, and investigate significant issues affecting the game.
- Generate forecasts for business KPIs to strategically plan UA budgets and provide better visibility of the project roadmap.
- Collaborate as part of the product team to assist in designing and developing features, monitor feature performance, and track customer feedback.
- Utilize data to advise the team on pricing strategies for in-game items, game balancing and other gameplay refinements to boost game metrics.
- Play competitor games, analyse them, and propose potential feature additions to enhance our games.
[ REQUIREMENTS ]
- 2+ years of experience in product and data analytics (preferably for a gaming company)
- Proficient in writing SQL queries to derive relevant business insights.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, MS Excel etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and dissect significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of applying data analysis to solve real-world business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
