The Role
- Develop learning material (videos, quizzes, assessments -theory and code) that enables learning through a digital platform
- Ensure the learning materials (videos, quiz & assessments) are created as per SOP and quality norms
- Understand different technical and business domains and translate them into compact, well-structured Learning material
- Coordinate with internal team-members, graphic designers, reviewers, video editors, and other SMEs as required
- Perform quality checks and ensure first time right delivery of content
- Be able to write effective copy, instructional text, and audio/video scripts for learning topics
- Visualize instructional graphics, slide decks and other instructional material to improve learning outcomes
- Develop learning objectives, structure learning activities, create visual aids for online
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand, structure and present technical and business content in a simple manner to help aid learning
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership - you don't wait around for instructions, but instead you drive the project forward
(i) Coding experience in Java or Python with a good understanding of the fundamentals
OR
(ii) Strong analytical skills (mathematics, logic, statistics) and exposure to programming through
coursework and projects
