Key Application Skill Set: Airline Background, Loyalty, Payment, IATA & NDC Knowledge.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Airline, Loyalty Management System, Payment is mandatory.
- Has the required functional knowledge in Airline and Loyalty domain.
- Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
- Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of NDC and payment products, processes, services.
- Write feasibility studies, do impact analysis, solution overview documents, Interface control documents, Mapping documents, Product specifications, has good API knowledge and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
- Directly interact with customers, stakeholders and provide solutioning to the critical Production issues.
- Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy and review test plan, to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and System integrity.
- Ensure product traceability of test with specifications.
- Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.
- Manage relations with Key Stakeholders.
- Interface and communicate with Product Management, Project Management, Implementation ,Migration and development teams.
- Interface with the customer during requirements understanding, functional specification, testing and implementation phases.
- Participation in team ceremonies: SAFe Agile Forums, Team Meetings, Solution assessments.
- Occasionally review and approve the product requirements.
