About The Team
Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of helping sustainability and promoting circular fashion while building a beautiful product experience. Our 30+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Accenture, Parthenon, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley and locally from Airlift, Bazaar, & Daraz.
What does the team do
As a product analyst, you will be a part of a lean product team responsible for delivering great products & experiences with high ownership. You will play a key role in the company's product development efforts by harnessing data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize features, and drive business success. You will work closely with our global team of Product, Business and engineers and work on creating insightful reports, and for providing in-depth analysis that supports strategic initiatives in the second-hand fashion marketplace.
What Youll Do
- Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary product metrics. Conduct in-depth analysis to extract insights and continuously monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Business teams to set goals, identify key metrics, prioritize features based on analysis, and drive product growth and market share.
- Design and develop complex data queries to transform data from operational sources to analytical databases. Maintain dashboards and reports for real-time tracking of KPIs, ensuring rigorous data validation and quality control.
- Assist in identifying new business or product opportunities and support experimentation and delivery of marketplace enhancements.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the quality and timely delivery of analysis and product features.
- Ensure all product decisions are grounded in logical rigor and in-depth analysis, valuing data over opinions.
Who are you
- 4+ years of experience as a Data / Product Analyst or similar role with a strong background in statistics or product analytics in a fast-paced industry.
- Expert in SQL, data visualization, and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Metabase, or Google Data Studio. 2+ years optimizing complex queries over large datasets in analytical databases like Redshift or BigQuery.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business processes. Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex analytical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with early-stage tech product startups is a bonus.
