Position Summary
We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. The Product Analyst will play a critical role in driving the success of the company's electronic component product portfolio. This position is responsible for auditing and maintaining product management tools, conducting market research, and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, sales, and engineering to support product lifecycle management, pricing, and market penetration strategies.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be positioned as a full time employee at Abracon's Center of Excellence located in Bangalore, India. The candidate will have the option to engage in a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit and maintain product management tools to ensure accurate data.
- Research TAM, SAM, and SOM to identify market opportunities.
- Analyze competitors market position, pricing, and trends.
- Review product performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate on demand forecasting and product strategy.
- Assist with product pricing based on market and competitor data.
- Gather customer feedback to support product improvements.
- Ensure product data is accurate in internal systems.
- Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Analyze market data and competitor trends for pricing and strategy.
- Use Excel, PowerBI, and other software for data management.
- Support CRM activities for part number creation and design registrations.
- Provide lifecycle information for all business lines.
- Assist with product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the electronic components industry is a must!)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstratable ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Attention to Detail : High attention to detail, especially in managing product data and maintaining tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic components and their application
