Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst with a strong background in writing user stories and proficiency in tools like Jira and Miroboard. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and create detailed user stories.
- Use tools like Jira and Miroboard to track and manage product requirements, user stories, and project tasks.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Analyze product data and metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that user stories are understood and implemented correctly.
- Communicate product requirements and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Computer Science).
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
- Strong experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Miroboard for project management and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
